1. Returns
Return is allowed only for following reasons
(a) Wrong item delivered
(b) Damaged in transit
(c) Expiry date past on delivery
For any other reasons, we don’t accept return for refund or replacement due to hygiene issues.
An image must be sent to https://naturalssalon-kothanur.com/ for requesting return.
For return pick up, you will need to contact us through Customer Service page with preferred date/time and order #. We will schedule the pick-up and confirm through email.
Before returning the product, following condition needs to be met. You will not receive the refund/replacement if conditions are not met.
(a) Product should be unopened, undamaged, intact product seal and in original package.
(b) Product should be returned within 3 days from delivery date.
2. Refund/Replacement timeline
Refund/Replacement will only be processed after the return product is delivered to our facility.
For refund, an email confirmation will be sent to you within 48 hours and will take 3-5 working days for it to be credited in your account. It may take longer based on your bank processing time.
For replacement, new package will be dispatched within 48 hours and you will get a new tracking ID in your email. It will take another 1-3 working days for delivery.
3. Warranties
Natural Salon is not liable for any product warranties.
All product warranties are covered by the manufacturer, and any claims or inquiries related to warranties should be directed to them.
